In the link above are the findings of the two consulting firms hired by the Call to Action Committee, the small group created by the Council of Bishops and the Connectional Table to develop significant proposals for what could be a rather radical restructuring of the United Methodist Church in the United States.
It will be important as you read these reports NOT to rely simply on the "executive summaries" and the "bullet points," for these taken alone could be read to oversimplify and distort what the reported data actually reveals.
So... take up and read!
And then let's start talking about possible implications for our work and understandings here.
